Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching and training as needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Set goals and objectives for the team, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary
- Identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of production data, employee attendance, and other relevant information
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to the role

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £270.00-£300.00 per day
