Graduate Intern

Provide dedicated project support to Services across East Ayrshire Council within a learning contract in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the relevant Service Plan and the Community Plan.

**Responsibilities**:
This is a full-time temporary post based at the Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.

This post is temporary for 2 years.

The hours of work are 35 per week.

The rate of pay is £9.90 per hour.

You must be a resident of East Ayrshire to be considered for these posts.

**The Individual**:
The post holder will support the Health and Social Care Partnership to horizon scan and meet future strategic opportunities and challenges.

The milestones within this post are:

- Regular policy briefings provided to PMT/partners
- HSCP/Service action plans/ progress co-ordinated
- HSCP supported to respond to national consultations

The learning and development outcomes are:

- Understanding of HSCP/working in complex organisation
- Project planning/ organisation/ delivery/ evaluation
- Experience of producing policy materials for senior leaders/governance forums
