Telesales Agent

**Job Title**:Telesales Agent/Executive
**Location**:Sheffield
**Hours**:Two Shifts as below
- Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00
- Monday to Friday 12:00 - 20:00

**Salary**:
£20,000 basic, rising to £23,000 after probation + Uncapped Commission OTE £35,000

**Responsibilities;**

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring KPI's are met individually and as a team.
- Maintain a high frequency of monitored calls to potential clients.
- Understand the customer base and its competitors in specifically designated areas.
- Follow strategies implemented to guarantee success and growth of the business.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships with retention over the phone.
- Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
- Analysing your own sales data to ensure development of new business pipelines.

**Skills you'll need to have**:

- 2+ years of telesales experience
- Experience in B2B sales and cold calling
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Negotiation, questioning, and decision-making skills
- Active listening skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
