**The Role**

We are currently implementing a business-critical rollout of Salesforce globally across the group to support in all aspects of business processes from the initial enquiry, through operational delivery through to financial reporting. As a result, we are looking for a proactive Salesforce Platform Administrator that can support with this transformation and help us continually improve and enhance our platform post-delivery.

Our user experience is of great importance to us and plays a critical role in all aspects of the business, therefore the Salesforce Platform Administrator will manage and be adept at all aspects of user management including resolving queries (raised as cases), user training, and continual data quality improvements.

We are looking for someone with at least 12 months’ relevant experience either in the pharmaceutical industry or similar with good attention to detail and a passion for data.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Sales Cloud, Financial Force and/or Pardot experience (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive attitude
- A desire to implement best practice solutions
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Training end users and key stakeholders
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration (desirable)
