**We’re** looking for **a QA** Administrator** **to join **the** **Score Group **t**eam** within our E**urope** division** **based at **our **f**acility** in **Brighouse**.**

**About the role**

The QA Administrator will be responsible for the completion of any administration related work within their department. If you enjoy operating in a fast-paced position and have the ability to multitask, have basic administration skills you would like to develop and high levels of attention to detail, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. - Primary responsibilities
General admin duties i.e. typing, data input, filing, scanning, meeting minutes
- Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients
- Update and utilise company systems - electronic and paper based
- Processing duties and systems administration
- Ensuring all work is updated correctly in a timely cost effective manner
- Ensure you are working at maximum capacity to meet priority deadlines
- Prepare for and attend in-house meetings to discuss ongoing / future tasks
- Assist in the controlling of ALL Score / Client folders relating to administration within the materials team
- Adhere to the controls in place regarding to the Company archives
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to Customs issues related to the Company’s business
- Assist in the typing up and creation of final certification and document packages
- Updating of the system and relevant planners / documents
