**Requirements of Trainer Assessor**
- Hold a RLSS TA qualification and be proactive in delivery of staff training and running external courses.
- Support the Approved Training Coordinator (ATC) in standardising and improving lifeguard training within KAL and will also support our business by maximising the opportunity to run RLSS lifeguard / NRASTC and similar courses throughout KAL.

**Responsibilities of Trainer Assessor**
- Support the ATC in monitoring, managing and maintaining all RLSS related qualifications within KAL
- Support the ATC in managing the TA CPD programme of quarterly training and development, ensuring standardised approach
- Support sites in the delivery and improvement of staff training, particularly in relation to lifeguard training
- Ensure administrative tasks related to all RLSS activity is done accurately and in a timely manner to ensure maintenance of all records.
