We are recruiting for a Full Time **Head Housekeeper** to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout our hotel.
- Shift patterns include working a variety of shifts that may include working weekends, early shifts, and bank holidays._

**As the Head Housekeeper you will;**
- Allocate rooms for servicing to team, in line with check outs, over stays and rotas
- Maintain standards by completing room checks and guiding expectations and improvements across site
- Maintain stocks
- ordering and checking laundry and cleaning products
- Ensure cleaning meets and exceeds our client standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
- Maintain and enhance the cleanliness of the building whilst ensuring team efficiency
- to have rooms ready and available for check ins.
- Other cleaning duties as required.

**We would like you to have**:

- Experience leading a Housekeeping team in a time sensitive environment
- Great team work and leadership skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining standards
- A commitment to high levels of cleanliness
- A friendly personality with customers and staff alike

Previous related experience in this role will be advantageous.
