**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for an **Operations Manager - Security** to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Scotland

Atalian Servest are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join our existing Security team based in Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring individual wishing to further their career whilst working for one of the UK’s top FacilitiesManagement companies.

We are looking for a suitably qualified person who will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of security services across a range of client sites within our Scottish portfolio.

Working as part of our regional management team, we require someone whose passion, knowledge and professionalism will ensure that the highest level of services is delivered and that we continue to provide an exceptional working relationship with our clientsand our site-based security colleagues.

The role will involve working closely with local colleagues and regional teams; therefore, communication and interpersonal skills are paramount in helping deliver service excellence to our clients.

Whilst the role works primarily Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, there will be a requirement to be flexible to meet out-of-hours and weekend operational demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- We work with a range of systems designed to support our activities and require all our teams to be able to manage and maintain these and be able to accurately input and manage data in a timely manner.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and to use own initiative where required
- Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders including employees, clients, and Senior Leadership Team
- Experience of working in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Planning, organising, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service excellence
- Driving licence
- SIA licence
- Account management experience.
- Previous experience of time and attendance systems
- Operational planning experience
- Security industry knowledge
