**What you'll be doing**

We are looking for a Neighbourhood Advisor to provide community stewardship, looking after customer and stakeholder relationships in estates, properties and neighbourhood across the customer journey. Deliver CHP’s distinctive customer experience to all customers, enabling them to sustain their tenancy and engage with the community.
- Ensure smooth welcome to CHP homes for customers through viewing, sign ups and orientation, enabling customers to settle into their home and community, and understand their relationship with CHP.
- Understand customer requirements within the neighbourhood and develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Complete tenancy changes, including mutual exchanges, successions and assignments, in accordance with CHP procedures and timelines in collaboration with specialist CHP teams to prevent homelessness and effectively manage CHP stock and rent collection.
- Provide a reactive service for sheltered scheme customers, responding to daily Housing Proactive welfare call handovers as required.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the neighbourhood, taking appropriate action to ensure compliance. This includes aspects of fire and building safety, cleaning, refuse collection and grounds maintenance, as well as co-ordination of internal and external teams/service providers to deliver to agree standards and timescales.

**What we're looking for**
- Tenancy and estate management, eg, mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy changes, rent collection, arrears, viewings and lettings, inspections.
- Case management and complaints handling.
- Safeguarding and vulnerable customers.
- Housing management - tenancy, estates, compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
