**Job Summary**: Eden are excited to be working with this lovely family who are expecting their first child in October. This is a fully staffed home, and the family are seeking a very experienced nanny who can guide them with their first child and what to expect. The family own homes in London and Henley and travel between them will be expected as will travel overseas, but Henley will most likely be the base. The family have 2 cats and other livestock in the country home. They family have great relationship with their staff, some having worked with them for 20 years, this will be a family that will treat you very well. As with fully staffed homes, the ability to get one with other staff and demonstrate discretion is essential. Due to the location a driver is a must. The ideal nanny will be patient, caring, fun and energetic. The nannies who are hired will strive to provide a warm, loving, and structured environment for the baby.

**General duties**:

- Working in a rotation with another nanny
- Communicating with the other nanny, able to provide a smooth handover at the end of each shift.
- Traveling with the family
- Providing stimulating and engaging activities appropriate for the baby.
- Packing and unpacking for trips
- Sole charge care
- The family have a strong preference for a Norland of Chiltern trained nanny.
- Recent Experience with babies is essential ideally in a rota position.
- Childcare degree is required unless you can demonstrate longevity in rota positions.
- There will be some European and Worldwide travel in this role, so it is essential that the nanny has experience of this and enjoys travelling with a family.
- Ok to work in a home with cats.
- Confident driver
- Ok to be on a Yacht and comfortable flying.
- A British passport with no travel restrictions is required.
- You will need to be happy and flexible, can adapt easily, ensuring that consistency of care for the baby is never compromised.
- Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills - Fluent English skills to native level is important.
- Experience working in fully staffed homes - professional and discreet.

**Salary**: £70,000 gross plus depending on your experience

**Accommodation**:own bedroom and bathroom when on duty

**DBS and first aid check required at offer stage.**
