**About Us**:
Rhinox Group Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that prides itself on delivering top-quality excavator & telehandler buckets & attachments to customers in both the UK and the US. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our online presence across both markets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Management**:
Ensure all products are accurately listed and updated against all machine makes & models on both the UK and US ecommerce websites.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information, images, and specifications for accurate online representation.

Regularly review and update product details, prices, and availability.

**New Product Launch**:
Assist in the successful launch of new products, including setting up product pages, coordinating with the marketing team, and ensuring proper categorization.

Collaborate with the product development team to gather necessary information for new product listings.

Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to optimize product listings for search engine visibility and customer engagement.

**Market Expansion**:
Contribute to the expansion of our ecommerce presence into new markets by supporting the launch process and adapting product listings accordingly.

**Data Accuracy and Analysis**:
Monitor and maintain accurate product data, including pricing, inventory levels, and product descriptions.

Monitor any new machine makes and models which may enter the market.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the ecommerce platforms.

Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online product information.

**Requirements**:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.

Experience in ecommerce is not essential.
