**Potential Temporary to Permanent Opportunity**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Match and input purchase ledger invoices and code gaining approval for payment
- Supplier statements and review aged creditors on a weekly basis to ensure invoices are being paid
- Prepare payment runs for the Manager and enter to the online banking system
- Resolve supplier queries monitoring the AP inbox on a daily basis
- Sending out invoices to customers
- Assist with the credit control tasks
- Liaise with other departments to ensure updates on orders and all works are completed to ensure prompt payment times
- Check monthly employee expense claims
- Assist the finance team with month end procedures, such as revenue recognition, prepayments and fixed assets

**Person Specification**:

- AAT Studier and/or a more experienced individual that is happy to work within a transactional role
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven and determined to make a difference
- Strong IT skills and ERP system knowledge
