Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of staff members, including bartenders, chefs, and servers
- Ensure high standards of food production and service are maintained
- Supervise all aspects of the restaurant, from customer service to financial performance
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and procedures
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
- Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
