The successful post holder will provide clear leadership and clinical expertise in the management of the Site of Ysbyty Eryri & Penrhos Stanley. We are looking for a senior nurse leader with a strong clinical presence, leading and developing successful, safe and compassionate teams

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative Registered Nurse to join the team of Nurse Leaders within Community Nursing Services in Area West.

The post holder will play a key role in achieving and maintaining the highest standards and quality of clinical care within the District Nursing services in the Arfon and Mon localities.

The post holder will manage nursing staff and be accountable to the Area Deputy Head of Nursing for all aspects of the quality of services delivered within their area of authority.

They will maintain a visible professional presence where patients, carers and staff can turn for assistance, advice and support.

They will lead and participate in projects and areas of work, which will reflect clinical, professional and cooperate objectives.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
