Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a fun, energetic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor for our busy Restaurant in Linlithgow.

Our Restaurant team are the ones delivering our Guests dining experience and they are responsible for delivering the standard of service expected, Staff training and moral is very important to us.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced supervisor or team leader in hospitality looking to progress their career within this unit. We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing people person with a great personality. Hospitality is all about customer experience, bringing your personality to this will be a great asset to the business.

We are looking for that person who will be a team player, very much hands on, have the ability to assist with team training and ensuring the comfort of our customers at all times, and ensure a high standard of service is achieved.

A person with an eye for detail will excel in this role, you will love leading and motivating the team and you will drive the brand strategy in all elements of restaurant operation.

You will enjoy getting to know the local market and enjoy conceiving and developing new ideas and strategies.

**The Job**

**General Duties will include**:
Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of our restaurant.

Stock supplies and stock control, ensuring all orders are completed within budget and work towards business financial targets.

Ensuring cash up, till procedures are carried out accurately.

All cleanliness tasks are all completed and signed off by the team to ensure compliance with legislation.

All licence and rules and regulations to be followed.

Ensure staffing levels are in line with the business forecasts and amend as required.

All other duties expected as required.
