Job Overview:
We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts & Purchasing Admin Assistant, who will support the Financial Controller with transactional finance duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Checking Purchase Invoices**: Review and verify purchase invoices and statements received from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency with agreed-upon terms and pricing. Matching invoices to delivery notes.
- **Reconciliation**: Conduct regular reconciliation of invoices, purchase orders, and financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Report generation**:

- **Creating new supplier account**:adding and updating details to the system
- **Sales Ledger Credit Control**:

- **General Administration and Filing**

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work positively as part of a team
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Understanding of general ledger
- Basic understanding of financial statements
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of the SAP system a benefit but not essential
