We are Kier, one of the UK’s leading Construction and Infrastructure services, working on projects such as Hinkley Point C and Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. We are now recruiting for a an
**Sub Agent** to join our Infrastructure - Major Projects Team to work on our Devonport Royal Dockyard, Infrastructure Upgrade Projects.

**Key Responsibilites**
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier other H&S related policies and procedures
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies and procedures
- Promote cross division working with other members within the LHA to create a one-team ethos
- Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded
- Support with work relating to financial forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost & value review with Commercial Team
- Escalate where expectations are not met
- Identify areas of opportunity and improvement
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification

**what do we need from you?**
- Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree)
- Chartered with ICE or working towards
- Proven track record in successfully managing a project
- Management skills(control and management of employees)
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer focused
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- Working as part of a team to deliver objective of the department and company as a whole
- Enthusiastic, Collaborative approach
- Looking to improve procedures in the department and implement changes originating from Kier Group
