ER Advisor / ER Specialist, 2-3 Months, 100% remote, £150-£175 per day
**Your new company**
Hays are excited to represent an opportunity for an ER Specialist-2-3 months, (could extend) 100% remote and flexible working hours, within a charity organisation, who truly offer work life balance.
**Your new role**
As an Interim ER Specialist
- 2-3 Months, (could extend) you will be part of an ER team reporting into an ER Manager and will be responsible for managing large volumes of ER cases from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management,maternity, paternity and flexible working and coaching managers on HR best practice.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must have experience as an ER Specialist or HR Advisor, who has managed large volumes of ER cases from end-end and managed complex cases. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must be able to start with no morethan 1 weeks notice.
