Turner Schools is looking to recruit **Careers Advisors **to support pupils at schools in our Trust in Folkestone and Dover. You may already be an experienced, qualified advisor, or you may be looking to move into this line of work and be willing to undertake the necessary qualifications.

At Turner Schools we are passionate about ensuring that all of our pupils reach their full potential and recognise the role that careers education plays in this. Pupils from year 7 onwards participate in a range of activities that support them on their journey through education and into employment. We have a vast careers plan which includes employer talks, careers fairs, curriculum projects and work experience. We want to offer the highest standard possible for careers education and are looking for someone who has the energy, passion and enthusiasm to help deliver this. You will be working as part of a trust wide careers team with a wide variety of training and development opportunities available to you.

Term Time + 2 additional weeks (to include INSET days)

Salary dependant on experience and qualification

AR06 - AR07 £21,890 - £27,674

(£19,311 - £24,414 pro rata)

Turner Schools is a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) based in Folkestone on the beautiful Kent coast. The Turner Schools family includes five schools in Folkestone:

- Folkestone Primary - Folkestone Academy - Morehall Primary - Martello Primary - Turner Free School

We provide education through pre-school, primary, secondary and on to sixth form. Each academy is individual and responds to the needs of its local community to provide the best possible opportunity for its young people. We promote high academic standards, while ensuring crucial opportunities for personal and emotional development.

**Salary**: £19,311.00-£24,414.00 per year
