Briars Developments Ltd is a small business in working on one development at a time, currently in Burcot, South Oxford. We are professional, innovative, rewarding, and our goal is to design and build high end properties or resale and holiday let's.

Immediate start job opportunity;
Briars Developments is a small self-build property development company looking for an experienced general builder. The site works have already commenced with 9 months work left on this current project with a further 2 years work available on our next project once this is complete.

We produce high end barn conversion & domestic developments, mainly one at a time, working from foundations all the way through to completion/signoff.

We are looking for a general builder that is experienced in all aspects of building but mainly focussed on carpentry, roofing and general building.

Most tools will be supplied but personal hand and power tools will be expected.

Being able to operate machinery such as telehandlers & dumpers would be helpful but not necessary.

**CIS / Self Employed will be preferred but full time employment available.**

Job type: Full time / permanent

Working Hours: 7:00am - 4:15pm (8:45 hours + 30 min break)

Weekend work available.

Benefits; 28 days holiday if employed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (weekend work available).

Supplemental pay types: Project target bonuses, Performance bonus

Requirements: CSCS card not required, Full Driving licence, PPE

Start date: ASAP
