Casual Bartender

**POSITION PURPOSE**
Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. This position is available on a casual, 'as & when' required basis.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- **
Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and host guest experience.**
- ** Actively interact with guests using alcohol and cocktail knowledge to provide recommendations.**
- ** Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas**:

- ** Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits**
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Ability to communicate freely in the local language
- Secondary school education required, additional hospitality or bar training preferred
- Cocktail-making experience preferred
- Experience within a similar luxury environment essential
- Personal License preferred
