Groundskeeper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various groundskeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of the property
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using power tools
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Build and repair fences, benches, and other outdoor structures
- Use hand tools to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Operate mechanical equipment such as leaf blowers and lawn mowers
- Maintain walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas by removing debris and ensuring safety

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
