- The U.S. Equities Trading team execute orders across the Americas for a diverse range of Active, Total Return and Multi-Asset strategies.**Your role**:

- Trade equity cash and derivative orders on behalf of a variety of strategies.
- Add value to the Portfolio Managers by proactively sharing market information, positioning, flows and personal insights on dedicated sectors and macro themes.
- Manage desk risk and deliver projects to further the efficiency and effectiveness of Trading systems and workflows.

**Your profile**:

- At least 3 years’ experience within financial services, with a preference for experience relevant to front office/trading at an asset manager or financial institution.
- Strong Bloomberg and/or Excel skills are essential. You will ideally have strong quantitative and/or coding skills.
- Depending on your level of trading experience, you may have experience with Trading platforms, equity/futures algorithms, venues, and dark pools. You may also understand derivatives and have experience in trading futures and options.
- Eager to go the extra mile and proactively add value to Portfolio Managers.
- Ability to focus and work accurately in a high-pressure environment.
- A total team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of the regulatory landscape and a pre-emptive attitude to investment and business risk.
