Sds Author

Currently recruiting for a SDS Author initially on a temporary contact for a leading materials manufacturer based in the Cambridgeshire area. As an SDS Author you will be responsible for authoring Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in line with various global regulationsand standards including GHS and REACH. You will also be working closely with customers when they request any regulatory requests and developing internal regulatory software and ERP systems.

This is a temporary role, circa 6 months with a good chance of moving into a permanent role, for a global industry leading client within the chemicals and materials sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Author Safety Data Sheets to meet global country-specific regulations and standards.
- Manage and compile SDS to meet requirements of REACH.
- Manage customer requests for any SDS or regulatory information.
- Support continuous improvement projects in relation to regulatory affairs.
- Develop regulatory software and ERP systems capability.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Previous industrial experience of SDS Authoring within the chemicals industry.
- Previous working knowledge of REACH and GHS.
