**The impact you will have in this role**:
Being a member of the Integration Team, the Integration Consultant within SIFMU Integration, is responsible for helping manage new member onboarding and supporting account lifecycle activities. The team will interact directly with potential new clients, delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the entire onboarding process. Upon activation of membership, you will assist in processes and underpin the client account lifecycle including add on account, product and services. Our Integration team has a passion for client services, acts as role models for all DTCC products and services develops talent and has a proven track record of contributing to the strategic direction of the larger organization.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
**Talents Needed For Success**:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferably within the Financial Services industry
- Knowledge and experience of the SIFMU Businesses strongly preferred
- Client facing experience preferred with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate information/issues clearly and succinctly to technical/non-technical colleagues and clients. Demonstrated problem-solving capability and analytical skills
