As an Apprentice Parts Tech you will be using John Deere’s sophisticated parts systems, run a profitable retail environment, merchandise goods effectively and understand the value of John Deere products and the importance of selling on quality rather than price.

Training and support will be provided throughout your whole apprenticeship and you will receive certification on completion of your apprenticeship.

**Job Function**:
Responsible for the stocking, selling, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories, including in-store customer service. Establishing and maintaining an attractive environment to influence customer buying decisions and maximize Dealership profitability.

**Essential Duties**:

- Promotes and sells parts and/or services to meet customer needs.
- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise display to increase impulse purchases.
- Verifies receipt of incoming shipments and assists with locating Machine Down and Stock Orders in their correct location.
- Assists in keeping parts inventory clean, orderly and well organized.
