**£22,010.56 per annum for 37 hours**

**To cover Goole, Haltemprice and Hessle**

**(Fixed term contract to 31 March 2025)**

**If you have the skills, experience, and commit**ment to help make a real difference for those in the local community, we’d love to welcome you to our team.**

You will support people directly with a wide range of mental health conditions on a one to one and group basis, empowering them to recovery. You will also be engaging with external providers to develop partnerships and promote our work so that people can receive the support they need.

We are looking for an individual with well-developed communication and organisational skills, and the confidence to work independently. You will also need a full current driving licence and access to your own transport for work purposes as the role will involve travel in and around the East Riding.
