Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a **Management Accountant** for a business based in Worcester. This role offers great exposure in a growing business, reporting directly into the commercial director, this role is commercially geared with opportunity to progress within a fast-growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of balance sheet control accounts, including assets, accruals, prepayments and discounts.
- Posting monthly journals as required
- Reconciling of data transferred between operating systems and uploading onto SAP financial system
- Produce full management accounts within the finance month end deadline
- Report variances and other issues with the MA with the operations team
- Assist with budget preparation and quarterly forecasting
- Adhoc reporting requirements required by internal management
- Assist with annual audit
- Setting up of new units for reporting purposes
- Supporting the wider finance department by aiding with any reasonable request

**Essential requirements**:

- Advanced Excel skills
- Minimum of three year's practical experience
- Experienced with reconciling multiple systems
- The ability to deal with different business models
- Currently studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification
