You will be responsible for all aspects of ordering, pricing, and administration - even sourcing parts that are unavailable through the usual channels.
- Stock control for all parts and consumables, you will collaborate with our technicians and provide high levels of customer contact and communications throughout.
- Unloading deliveries using Forklift truck
- General kit picking and packing duties.
- Outbound shipping
- Maintain neatness and organization of Stores area.
- Process Spare part orders and book shipping to customers sites.
- Purchase Spares and Parts as required.
- Proven, checkable experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Current Counterbalance forklift Truck license preferred; training can be given.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving license desirable
- IT Literate.
