Transport Planner

Our Client is looking for an experienced Transport Controller to join their busy department
Monday to Friday, alternate weeks working 06.00 - 15.00 and 11.00 - 20.00
Duties will include but not limited to:
Control Drivers for delivery and collection duties
Ensure drivers are in correct uniform and identifiable with relevant passes, report any failures to the Transport Manager Communicate with the Customer Service Team
Contact customers to confirm collection/deliveries.
Communicate with Subcontractors
**Requirements**:
Excellent knowledge of London
Excellent communication skills, together with a professional and helpful attitude
Possess strong computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Office.
An understanding of office administration systems and the ability to work accurately to these systems.
An experienced team worker and can work unsupervised on own initiative at times.
Ability to manage own workload and time daily to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
