Our client is seeking a Billing Associate to join their team.

**Key accountabilities**
- Maintenance and action of Department’s daily workflow activities via Unified Helpdesk
- Raising of Department’s customer invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Agresso workflow tasks such as Change to Work Order forms, Invoice Credits and Reversals
- Assisting with Department’s month end billing cycle
- Other duties as assigned to assist with the smooth running of the department

**Skills**

Good knowledge of excel & outlook

Excellent attention to detail

Experienced in working in a busy environment

Strong communicator

Confidence of dealing with people at all levels

Proactive

Team player

**Hours 9-5 or 8-4pm 3 days office based, 2 days home based.**
