We are looking for a motivated & passionate individual who can engage a range of learners, work effectively as part of a team and work with care and organisation to ensure a high standard of delivery of Maths tutoring & student outcomes.
- Have experience of working/volunteering with children or young people with SEND
- Have experience of working with challenging young people
- Have previous experience of working or volunteering with young people with multiple complex barriers to education
- Have at least 2 years teaching experience
- Have experience of delivering specialist interventions to remove barriers to education and accelerate the progress of learners
- Have minimum Level 3 qualification in Maths and English (or relevant industry experience)
- Have a car and business insurance, and be willing to carry out student pick ups and drop offs
- Live no more than 30 min away from site in order to make commute and pick ups / drop offs feasible
