The Hearing Suite is a luxury private practice, offering top of the range hearing solutions.
**We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to work in our Ilkley practice.**
Excellent communication skills are essential.
To support the medical team in the provision of Audiology services to clients by being responsible for handling reception appointment requests, enquiries and working as part of a small, caring team.
A period of training will be provided.
Main Duties /Key Tasks:
- Receive, welcome clients.
- Book and update appointments.
- Answer telephone enquiries from clients, staff and other external agencies.
- Use the Practice's computer system with regards to client information, appointments and practice information.
- Assist medical staff with ad hoc administration type enquiries.
- Contribute to the Reception team and provide an effective day to day Reception service.
- Maintain client medical record systems.
- Submit bills for private services and receive payments by cash and cheque
- Maintain supplies of certain items of stationery and supplies.
- Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail..
- Keep practice clean and tidy
Good knowledge of Microsoft word and google is required.
Other Duties: To cover duties for other members of staff for holidays, sickness and in the case of absence.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
