Interim Finance Transformation Manager

Finatal are currently recruiting for an interim Finance Transformation Manager to join a global technology business which has recently received Private Equity investment.

You will play a key part of the Finance Transformation team, with a direct line into the CFO. You participate in and leads major projects across Finance information systems, processes, and business transformation.

This is part of an SAP S4/Hana rollout.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage key projects of the Finance roadmap (Workshops organisation, PMO supervision, relationships with external supports, project/steering committees' organization)
- Define and implement key evolution on reporting tools and core processes
- Help create and maintain a set of self-service reports for all finance stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the process simplification across regions, in a multi-local context
- Develop knowledge management capabilities for newcomers & senior controllers
- Communicate the Finance community to keep it involved through the transformation journey
