Recycling Operative

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity? **Central Recruitment** **Solutions **are currently looking for an experienced **Recycling Operative **to work at one of our successful clients who have opened a second site in the **Cwmfelinfach **area.

**Rate of pay** **-** £9.50 PH (weekly pay)

**Hours of work -**

Mon - Fri Nights: 5pm - 4am

Sat & Sun Nights: 5pm - 4am

**Quality Control Operatives duties include but not limited to -**
- To ensure you achieve any performance targets for the Quality Control Personnel including material purity, minimum required pick rates per minute to be achieved etc.
- To ensure your work station is maintained in the clean and proper manner in which you find it at all times.
- To assist with any other such duties on site as and when the business need requires.
- To clean down your allocated work station in full including any other maintenance and cleaning duties at the end of every shift as requested.
- To always wear the necessary PPE as provided and ensure it is kept in a clean and suitable state/condition for work.
- To follow the companies procedures and rules as outlined in the Employee Handbook with regards to AL, sickness, reporting, absence, behaviour and accountability.
- To ensure you maintain, clean down and utilise any of the company’s facilities as would be expected and directed at all times.
- To ensure all materials diverted for recycling are of a suitable quality for re-sale, though the removal of contaminants and other items as directed.
- To help maintain the production facility in a clean, safe & compliant condition.

**Experience is essential for this role.**

**All QC operatives have the option to work over the weekends** to assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the plant. This will be on a rota basis for all those operatives wishing to avail themselves of the extra work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
