Set back from the streets in central Wimbledon is a world-class wellness sanctuary unlike anything in South West London, with an expensive 42,000sq ft workout arena including sled track and Eleiko strength area. The club will also boast a 25m pool, a world-class wet spa, and bespoke studios finished to the highest standards to offer the signature classes and more. As such, we will offer the best group exercise products within the club and aim to offer our members circa 300 classes per week.

With the opening of brand new, extraordinary clubs in inspiring locations across London, alongside the refurbishment of our existing clubs, now is the time to join our Group Exercise Instructor team and be a part of a company that genuinely strives to be the Best in Class. We are now looking for a Lead Instructor, who will play a pivotal role in crafting a comprehensive and transformative program that aligns with Third Space's dedication to excellence, more specifically within the Reformer Pilates space.

Our Lead Instructors are the life and soul of the studio, and their energy, enthusiasm and charisma delivered in class lives on outside of it - they throw themselves into everything they do, including wider group projects, recruitment and training, development of brand standards and management of our signature concepts. They are the familiar face in and out of the studio, within the club and employed to work alongside the Group Exercise Manager as an ambassador of our market leading Group Exercise programme.

They’re inspirational, enthusiastic and engaging ambassadors. They are highly motivated to not only deliver exceptional Group Exercise programmes, but are excited by spending the rest of their time showcasing the Third Space Group Exercise product at events and on social media platforms, at instructor roadshows and in their delivery of staff classes, and they’re developing real energy around the group exercise vision amongst every single person that they interact with.

We’re currently looking to expand our Lead Instructor in Canary Wharf. If you want to be a part of our exciting journey, we’ll expect you to bring your strong personality and showmanship to your classes and your wider projects. Most importantly, we will expect you to take meticulous care to focus on the detail, with careful practice and preparation, which will in turn deliver the perfect experience for our members every time.
