Sales Administration

**Role**:
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team in Wallington to ensure that all the administrative tasks are successfully implemented within the office.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Creating and completion of shipping documents
- Customer service for both suppliers and customers
- Arranging and booking of transport for customer orders
- Data storage organisation
- Liaising with the Sales & Finance team
- Maintain customer relations

**You will need to have**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with sage & excel (IT/Tech savvy)
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership
