Bookkeeper

About Us:
We are a well-established, family-owned accountancy practice located in Hampshire. With years of experience serving local businesses and individuals, we take pride in providing personalised financial solutions to our clients. Our practice is experiencing steady growth, and we are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to work on-site, with one of our clients.

Although we are a practice, this role will only support the one client, acting as their assigned Bookkeeper / Accountant for all their accountancy needs.

Your key duties will include:

- At least 2 year's experience in Sage
- AAT Qualification Level 3 - 4 (desirable)
- Experience working with Sole Traders, Limited Companies, & Partnerships
- Experienced in completing VAT returns, CIS returns, and payroll
- Experienced in completing an end-to-end bookkeeping service. Including bank reconciliations, sales & purchase ledger, credit control & finance admin.
- Excellent organisational & customer service skills
- Strong communications skills, both verbal & written
- A commercial & client facing manner.
- Competent in Microsoft Office - especially Excel & Word
