Butchery Assistant

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Butchery Team. Our dedicated in-house butchers play a vital role in crafting our signature homemade products and meticulously preparing a wide range of meat offerings for our customers.

If you have previous experience in a butchery, kitchen, or food-related setting, we encourage you to apply. As a valued member of our team, you will actively engage in both Front and Back of House operations, showcasing exceptional customer service skills and a collaborative spirit.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including:

- Providing attentive service to our valued customers
- Skilfully preparing meats for sale
- Conducting meat preparations for production needs
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Efficiently managing stock rotation
- Adhering to stringent HACCP control procedures

Hours 35-40 - 5 days /Monday - Saturday

No Sundays or Bank Holidays* (except in December)
