- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to masonry work
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and construction processes
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions

**Skills**:

- Carpenter: Experience with carpentry work, including measuring, cutting, and installing wood materials.
- Weld: Knowledge of welding techniques for joining metal components.
- Roof: Familiarity with roofing materials, installation methods, and repair techniques.
- Hand tools: Proficiency in using various hand tools such as hammers, chisels, trowels, levels, etc.
- Masonry: Expertise in working with different types of masonry materials like bricks, stones, blocks, etc.
- Power tools: Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders for masonry tasks.
