**5. Purpose**:
a) Provide an exceptional service to all KEP customers

b) To promote KEP in a positive way at every opportunity

c) To oversee all inventory that enters and leaves the KEP facility

**Main Duties**:
a) Ability to be optimistic and open to change

b) Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials and unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy

c) Ensures that an accurate inventory record is maintained in accordance with KEP procedures

d) Conducts regular inventory checks, random checks on at least a weekly basis and thorough checks on at least a monthly basis

e) Inspects items as to quality and quantity against freight documents

f) Unpacks incoming goods and wraps and packs outgoing goods

g) Performs other related duties as assigned

h) Driving company vehicle for deliveries direct to customers when required

i) Assist with receiving, unloading, counting and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse

j) Open boxes, crates and other containers

k) Pick items according to the PO form

l) Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly

m) Pack item according to specified packing guidelines

n) Ship and fulfil customer orders in Inventory system, inputting appropriate tracking numbers and links

o) Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and work stations neat; sweep and vacuum

p) Organise warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

q) Wear the proper safety equipment

r) Order new supplies in a timely manner, including pre-paid shipping packaging, stationary, tissue paper, boxes, etc.

s) Constantly work to improve processes

t) Make suggestions for productivity improvements

u) Communicate and collaborate with other team members

v) Cover each parts team member for holidays and absenteeism.

w) Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact failure/cost of poor quality

**Education and Experience**:
General education on middle level

Supervisory experience desirable

Forklift License desirable

Full UK driving license

Familiar with good practice in stock management

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and SAGE preferred.

**Personal Skills and Qualities**:
Excellent verbal communication skills

Thorough understanding of stores procedures and policies

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to keep and maintain accurate records

Used to work independently and in a small team

Strong communication skills combined with a proactive “can do” attitude

Sense of urgency with the ability to stay calm

Customer focus oriented

Efficient and accurate.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
