B.I. Electrical Services (NI) Limited is a company within the Greenview Group which is an energetic, young grouping of companies growing rapidly in the, Electrical and Mechanical and FM markets. We specialise in delivering services across, commercial, domestic, public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland. The Group comprises of: B.I. Electrical Services, Bel-Air Services, Greenview Gas, Central Heating Services and Electrical Services Southern.

Due to the exciting, continued growth of B.I. Electrical Services (NI) Limited, especially in the Electrical sector, we are recruiting for a Electrical QS to join the team to assist on current and upcoming contracts. The works span across core Commercial contracts, such as Translink, NIHE, Clanmill Housing, Habinteg Housing and others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse construction drawings and specifications to identify labour, material and specialist requirements
- Inputting of information into estimating specific software
- Collate and Co-Ordinate information from site surveys
- Liaise with clients to agree rates/variations
- Measure works as per contract specific schedule of rates Submission of measured works accounts to clients
- Cost analysis
- Adhere to KPI’s
- Responding within agreed timeframes, service levels and contract terms to ensure that work orders are met
- Early escalation of any issues or concerns to line manager
- Routine administrative tasks
- Adhere to the Data Protection Act
- Carry out ad hoc duties from time to time as directed by the line manager

**Essential**

**Desirable Criteria**
- Electrical Apprenticeship (Complete or ongoing)
- One years experience in a Estimating or QS role
- Knowledge of Response Maintenance contracts
- Previous experience using M3NHF, National Housing Framework schedule of rates, PSA schedule of rates or similar
- Experience of estimating construction works
- Detail oriented
- Fluent Microsoft Office Experience including Excel
- Proactive and can work independently with limited supervision
- Strong customer focus and professional at all times
- Demonstrate high levels of organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships, communicating formally and informally with colleagues and customers.
- Full UK Driving License Experience
