Senior Quantity Surveyor

The position of **Senior Quantity Surveyor **has become available to join an **established**
**team **based on site in **Truro, Cornwall**
**.**

The A30 Chiverton to Carland Cross is a Design and Build contract for 12.5km (8 miles) of new dual carriageway between Chiverton Cross & Carland Cross roundabouts on the A30. This is the final section of the A30 between Redruth & Exeter that requires dualling, the majority of the existing single carriageway A30 will be retained for local traffic.

This role is site based in Cornwall with the option of dynamic working.

**Role Requirements**
- Post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry with demonstrable track record of achievement- ideally within transportation.
- Will hold or be nearing completion of Full Membership with RICS / CIECS
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
