Below is a list of skills required for an experienced Lead Test Engineer:

- Aware of new test technologies and efficient practices
- Build strong relationships with customers on test related activities
- Liaise with other teams to achieve consistent quality testing across the business
- Managing customer acceptance testing (Factory, Site and Operational)
- Strong knowledge of automation test tools/ frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, jmeter, Cypress)
- Strong coding skills
- Experience of SDLC
- Experience working in an agile/ dev-ops multi-disciplined environment
- Strong experience in software development, Integration & Test life cycle
- Knowledge of software programming languages desirable (Java, Python, Bash etc)
- Experience in both Linux and Windows operating systems
