Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Paid Media Executive Apprentice with CandidSky. We’re a performance marketing agency with our finger on the pulse. Our data-driven approach gives small brands a voice and helps bigger brands to shout louder based in Manchester

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels.
- Manage day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns, including campaign setup, building skills for Better Futures optimisation, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimise campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign objectives and target audience.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including client services, SEO, Content, to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Assist in budget management and allocation across various paid media channels.
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.

**General**
- You will be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, inclusion, health, safety and security, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person without delay.
- You will participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
- You will ensure you carry out your role in a way that demands high standards whilst supporting inclusion and welcoming diverse thinking.
- You will ensure strict confidentiality in all areas of work.
- You will work and process personal and sensitive information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR).
- You will ensure work is conducted in a way that protects the safety and security of information (e.g., strong passwords, reporting breaches, securing paper records, securely disposing of records).
- You will understand and comply with the statutory guidance regarding safeguarding of children, always ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of children’s welfare, reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Officer at once.
- You will always comply with the Trust’s policies and procedures.
- You will undertake other reasonable duties (with competence and experience) as requested, in accordance with the changing needs of the organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required**:

- Qualifications and skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time
