Ailsa Lodge Care Home is looking to source an Wellbeing Coordinator to join our luxury, purpose-built care home.

We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality of care and all our staff is fully qualified and pro-active in their approach.

As Wellbeing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Home Manager to plan and implement activities appropriate to the residents needs and requests.

**Wellbeing Coordinator Contract**
- £11.00 per hour
- £500 Welcome Bonus
- 40 hours per week
- Paid Breaks
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Uniform provided
- PVG paid
- Onsite parking

Our Wellbeing Co-Ordinators help our residents to socialise within the Care home and provide a variety of activities that cater for all tastes. You will be responsible for planning and initiating monthly rolling/individual programmes and encourage residents to maintain pre-existing hobbies.

You will also encourage staff members, relatives, and friends to participate in the care homes activities. All of which helps to create a positive atmosphere.

You will also need to maintain full and accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documents.

**As an Wellbeing Coordinator you will require the following experience and skills**:

- Proven ability to develop and organise a range of events/activities.
- Friendly, creative, and confident.
- Computer skills
- Hold a UK Driving Licence
- Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Confident team player.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
