**Personal Assistant with CRM Experience**

Our client is currently seeking a proactive and organised **Personal Assistant** with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join their team. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who excel in multitasking, possess exceptional organisational skills, and have a keen understanding of CRM systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Utilise CRM software to maintain and organise client information, track communications, and contribute to relationship-building efforts.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required, with a keen attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably with exposure to CRM systems.
- Familiarity with CRM software, demonstrating the ability to input and extract relevant data.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

**Key Competencies**:

- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
