Aftersales Web Assistant

**Nicholls and Clarke **are currently looking for a **Web Sales Assistant** to join their successful **Aftersales Web team**, based in **Chadwell Heath, Romford**.

Founded in 1875 **Nicholls and Clarke Group are a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of building materials throughout the UK**. We have a committed team of over **450 people** supplying building materials to the **trade and retail markets**.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Processing orders received from our website, eBay and any other platforms used
- Proactive approach to managing customers, but NO COLD CALLING
- Trouble shooting, with the capability to resolve problems
- Assisting with website reviews and updates
- Updating platforms such as, eBay, competitor analysis and gathering market data
- Completing spreadsheets with product data
- Preparing images ready for upload to websites
- Monitor and manage communications on Social Media platforms
- Assist the web and online sales function as future plans are developed

**Key Requirements & Skills**:

- Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of pivot tables advantageous, but not essential
- Good communication skills
- The ability to manage customers in all situations
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in HTML Coding, advantageous
- Ideally come from a Customer Service background
