Financial Controller

A successful and growing business based in Gloucester are seeking a new Financial Controller to be responsible for the day to day running of the department ensuring KPIs are met, accounts are produced accurately and in a timely fashion.

You will still be heavily involved in the production of the management accounts and will be flexible enough to assist with other areas of the department as the need arises. A varied role reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, you will be requiredto influence and add value from day one, responsible for managing central functions within finance. The focus points of this role will be to ensure the continued successful growth of the business, whilst leading and developing a first-class finance functionwithin the company.

Our client is a dynamic and growing business with ambitious growth plans. They will pay £70 to 80,000 per month plus £6,000 car allowance, 6% pension and 10% bonus.
