Elevation HR are currently working with a successful and growing multi-site PLC on a great role for a HR Advisor looking for a progressive career opportunity. You will be working from their impressive central offices in Harrogate.

You will get a company car and will be working for a business that offers fantastic internal prospects to its employees. They are incredibly stable, financially strong, and supply to a diverse range of end users.

As a HR Advisor your duties will include:

- You will be working closely with the HR Manager, along with the Senior Leadership team providing HR advice to stakeholders across the business
- Case management of long term and short-term sickness and absences
- Support on ER cases (investigation, disciplinary, absence, performance, flexible working)
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
- Supporting with the recruitment and selection process including job profiles and interview questions
- Proven experience of operating as a HR Advisor Level, 1-2 years minimum
- A Driving licence is required as this role involves national travel
- Strong ER background
- Able to work at pace and pick things up quickly
- Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified
